We need a legitimate and accurate site. Well, if you follow just two simple rules you’ll have to trouble determining if you’ve struck gold. Rule one, if they say it’s absolutely FREE — hit the back button and run like heck. There’s something sneaky going on.

And two, be sure that the site you find can be tested. What do I mean? I mean you should be able to plug in a number and see if the information is inside the database? When testing ask yourself, is it fast, is it accurate, does it appear professional? If it is, then you’re golden.
